What We Collect

When you use ReceiptFlow, we collect:

• Account info — your email address and name when you sign up.
• Receipt data — images and PDFs you upload, plus the extracted text and categorized data.
• Usage data — basic analytics like page views and feature usage to improve the product.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the ReceiptFlow service:

• Process and categorize your receipts using AI.
• Store your receipt data so you can access and export it.
• Send you account-related emails (password resets, billing).

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your receipt data to train AI models.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. Receipt images are processed by our AI partner (OpenAI) for extraction only — they are not retained after processing. All API communications use TLS encryption.

Data Retention

Your receipt data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Your Rights

You can request to export or delete your data at any time by emailing receiptflow@polsia.app.
