Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using ReceiptFlow ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The Service

ReceiptFlow provides AI-powered receipt extraction and categorization. You upload receipt images or PDFs, our AI extracts the data, and you can export it as CSV files compatible with accounting software.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and password to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person.

4. Free & Paid Plans

• Free plan: 5 receipts per month. No credit card required.
• Starter plan: $9/month for 100 receipts.
• Pro plan: $29/month for 500 receipts.

Paid plans renew monthly. You can cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.

5. Your Data

You own your data. We don't claim ownership of your receipts or extracted data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't use ReceiptFlow to:

• Upload illegal content or conduct fraud.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI extraction system.
• Resell the service without permission.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI extraction is highly accurate but not perfect. Always review extracted data before using it for tax filing or financial reporting. ReceiptFlow is not a substitute for professional accounting advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

ReceiptFlow is provided "as is." We're not liable for errors in AI extraction, data loss, or any damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email.
